About The Position

Requirements

• Technical or similar background and/or high aptitude for technical service.
• 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support.
• Provide in-store post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.
• Support the onboarding of Xfinity Mobile customers, assisting with account setup and mobile device education.
• Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and order fulfillment.
• Assist Store Leadership in inventory and merchandising responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and look for opportunities to improve store processes.
• Demonstrate company technology to new customers and ensure they understand Xfinity services.
• Maintain a clean and secure inventory in the back of the store.
