Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• A drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
• Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.
