About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant Manager for their Mt. Vernon Ohio location at 11359 Upper Gilchrist Rd. The role involves leading with purpose and managing with heart, contributing to the company's mission of providing training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. The position offers a pay of $14.72 per hour plus potential quarterly sales bonus. The store hours are Monday-Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, requiring open availability.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Previous Management experience a must
• Pass a pre-employment background check
