You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
- Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
- A drive for teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards.
- Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.
