Requirements

  • No high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office position, or experience within Retail
  • Strong organization and communication skills are needed
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily tasks including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents
  • Provide basic administrative support which includes processing invoices and contacting team members
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as screening emails and making copies
  • Assist with inventory processes such as entering inventory data into our system or counting retail merchandise
