The Retail Administration Manager will support this goal by representing the interest of retail banking on a variety of projects and initiatives to create an environment that maximizes employee productivity and the effective and efficient operation of the retail banking line of business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Retail Banking experience required including some managerial experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Demonstrates leadership and accountability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support change willingly
- Strong interpersonal skills needed to work with all levels of management and business partners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adjusting to evolving priorities
Nice To Haves
- Merger and acquisition/bank conversion experience preferred
- Experience working with multiple business lines and corporate functions preferred
Responsibilities
- Represent the retail banking line of business for organizational initiatives
- Support business process improvement and operational projects
- Support the development of strategic sales initiatives
- Champion initiatives with the retail banking teams and stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to various business groups
- Consult and review retail banking procedures created by corporate operations
- Consult and review retail banking training content created by the learning and development
- Recommend solutions to internal and external business partners
- Participate in testing activities for retail banking products and processes
- Support the execution of initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for various departmental functions
- Review various operational reports and coordinate necessary actions with impacted banks
- Maintain and enhance the retail banking SharePoint site
- Support the annual banker and teller risk reviews and certifications
