We’re looking for a Retail Activity Partner to join our Central Operations team on a parental leave contract. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly evolved role and help shape how we partner across the business to deliver activity into our stores in a way that is strategic, sequenced and operationally viable. The Role The Retail Activity Partner acts as the critical interface between Central Operations and the broader business, partnering with teams across Merchandise, Brands & Buying, VM, Marketing & Events, Property and New Concepts to land initiatives successfully in retail. This role balances commercial ambition with operational reality. You will provide guidance and governance across activity planning, ensuring initiatives are well sequenced, clearly communicated and aligned to store capacity. A key focus is facilitating the Retail Activity & Capacity Planning process to ensure marketing campaigns, events and trade initiatives are distilled into executable, well-paced store activity. You’ll also play an operational lead role for major events and partnerships ensuring activity is feasible, well-supported and delivered seamlessly by our Team Members.
