About The Position

SUMMARY: Responsible for accurately processing all retail inventory invoices to ensure timely and correct payment. This role supports inventory control and financial accuracy by reviewing pricing, matching invoices to purchase orders and packing slips, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation. The position also assists with tagging, receiving, and tracking retail merchandise, coordinating with warehouse and inventory teams, and supporting inventory counts while helping maintain organized warehouse and invoice records. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of 3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors merchandise requests from shops in YD and convert and pulls product accordingly. Stages product, in the available spot, for tagging or adds to stored line. Pulls packing slip from delivery to tag. Go to drawer and locate PO#. If not in drawer go to YD and locate in PO# YD. Receive said PO# based on packing slip. Create price tags based on packing slip if available along w/ box tickets. Print receipt and place w PO# until tagged. Tag merchandise confirming and correcting and variances on paperwork and in YD. If product is remaining in warehouse records on Groups in Warehouse. Moves and arranges products as necessary according to available space for storage. If product is remaining in warehouse record on Groups in Warehouse and place receipt in drawer. Moves and arranges products as necessary according to available space for storage. Checks in Special Orders and contacts and distributes accordingly. Clean, organize and manage warehouse and dock. Assists w/ physical count of warehouse inventory. Prints and sorts all invoices placing w/ new PO# or processing for payment accordingly. Reviews all invoices for correct pricing and insures correct: works with inventory manager to resolve issues. Process all retail inventory invoices for payment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. LANGUAGE SKILLS:Have the ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Have the ability to print and speak simple sentences. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
