Assists with various retail account servicing operational duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers. Requirements

• Good organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills
• Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reviews Internet Banking secure message contact changes
• Performs account clean up
• Assists branches to service customers
• Assists branches with account maintenance questions
• Performs monthly reviews of Credit Cards
• Performs maintenance on various accounts
• Opens new lead accounts
• Coordinates branch supply orders
• Processes charge off disputes
• Reviews overdrawn accounts and requests
• Assists branches and external customers with charged off accounts
• Assists with administration of daily ODP program processing
• Completes and performs any other duties as assigned
