Requirements

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 1+ years of total relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and processes moderately complex transactions; reviews requests for proper documentation and authorization; performs necessary research in account history.
  • May perform quality checks of transaction processed by other team members.
  • Identifies and takes action on errors; researches and implements prevention plans to minimize similar errors in the future; maintains departmental standards for quality and productivity.
  • Works with more senior associates on projects designed to improve business processes.
  • Proactively identifies and recommends areas where improvements to straightforward transaction processing or client support can be improved.
  • Continues to develop knowledge of clients and client requirements.
  • Works to develop mastery over firm policies and practices and identifies issues and areas of improvement where applicable.
  • Communicates either verbally or in writing with clients.
