The Resuscitation Education LMS admin coordinates AHA programs by scheduling rooms, building courses in LMS, reconciling class rosters, uploading completion records for AHA card distribution, and maintaining the instructor database. This role performs data entry functions for all AHA required criteria for courses offered through the LMS to ensure participant‘s certification in resuscitation courses (BLS, PALS, First Aid, Mock Code Reviewer, NRP and ACLS). The admin supports Baptist Health employees and the community with course information, possesses good time management and organizational skills, works under short deadlines, multitasks, and adjusts to changing priorities and workloads. Utilizing information technology systems and methods, the position is responsible for establishing, coordinating, and maintaining data integrity processes. It also communicates and collaborates with key departments outside Resuscitation Education to support eLearning and department operations.

Requirements

  • High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
  • Experience using Microsoft based software including outlook, work, excel, access and power point.
  • Five years of business operation experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), American Heart Association (AHA) programs and Kronos.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective working relationship across the enterprise including effective team building.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, customer focus, drive for results, priority setting and business acumen.
