Position Summary: The Custodian will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of our guest restrooms throughout the park and will maintain them in accordance to park standards and procedures regularly checking on them.

Requirements

At least 16 years old

Ability to remain calm, troubleshoot and make quick decisions in stressful situations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
Ability to climb on ladders, stadium steps, and uneven surfaces
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 300 lbs. on a cart with assistance
Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
Comfortable working around water and animals
Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
Scheduling flexibility

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall cleanliness of all park bathrooms to including surfaces, floors, and restroom areas within designated area.
Enhance guest experience by actively helping Guests with any Questions or Requests.
Responsible for restocking restroom supplies as needed.
Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities
Notify leadership of any supplies needed
Positively engage Guests and answer any questions or address any concerns raised in a friendly and professional manner.
Will also monitor and respond to inappropriate guest behavior to include enforcing rules and restrictions, regulating guests’ actions, and reporting issues to management and security.
Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
Assist Park Area Ambassadors with other custodial duties when coverage or support is needed.
Complete opening and closing procedures
Direct guests to attractions throughout the park
Assist with park emergencies, including inclement weather
Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities
Notify leadership of any supplies needed
Perform other duties as assigned
