Requirements
- Current CNA certification and active OBRA registry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- First aid and CPR certification
- Skilled Nursing Restorative experience
Responsibilities
- Assistance with Restorative care plans, including ROM, etc
- Assistance with lifting and transferring of residents
- Documenting/charting
- Following all tasks as assigned by licensed nurse
