About The Position

As a Restorative CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our rehab team and helping patients make strides in their recovery journey. You’ll work directly with patients to assist in implementing personalized restorative plans that improve their mobility, strength, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative therapy interventions as directed by the rehab team.
• Support patients in daily exercises and activities to improve physical function.
• Monitor patient progress, ensuring they stay on track with their individualized goals.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients throughout their recovery.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other care team members to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the team.
• Help foster a positive, caring, and respectful environment for both patients and staff.
