Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in Littleton, CO. We have been operating for over 50 years and are seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide to continue our tradition of providing the highest quality care to our residents. Position Summary The Restorative Aide works under the direction of nursing staff to assist residents in maintaining and improving their functional abilities, mobility, and independence. This role is essential in enhancing quality of life and supporting individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Colorado (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restorative aide or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with restorative programs, including range of motion, ambulation, and transfer training
  • Support individualized care plans designed by nursing and therapy teams
  • Monitor and document resident progress and report changes to nursing staff
  • Encourage resident participation and promote independence in daily activities
  • Ensure safety and proper use of equipment during restorative activities
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining residents’ dignity and respect
