Whitney Oaks Care Center is now hiring Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNAs) to join our growing team in Carmichael! Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification (required)
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • RNA experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Carry out restorative nursing programs as assigned
  • Assist residents with walking, transfers, range of motion, and strengthening exercises
  • Encourage independence and active participation
  • Accurately document resident progress
  • Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
