Requirements
- Active California CNA certification (required)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- RNA experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Carry out restorative nursing programs as assigned
- Assist residents with walking, transfers, range of motion, and strengthening exercises
- Encourage independence and active participation
- Accurately document resident progress
- Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
