Restorative Care Coordinator

Country MeadowsBethlehem, PA

About The Position

At Country Meadows, our Restorative Care Coordinator plays a hands-on role in supporting residents’ mobility, independence, and overall well-being through a structured restorative and rehabilitation-support program. We’re looking for someone with a strong caregiving background—ideally in a personal care or senior living environment—who is comfortable working directly with residents to carry out restorative exercises, ambulation programs, and daily activity plans. This is a non-licensed position focused on compassionate, consistent resident support rather than clinical therapy, making it a great fit for experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping older adults thrive. This position is located at our Bethlehem campus. Current Opportunity: Full time 7am to 3pm/9am to 5pm with every other weekend and every other holiday OFF

  • Professional, flexible and positive attitude and the ability to change the course of activity with changing demands without experiencing undue stress or frustration.
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.

Responsibilities

  • Promote residents’ independence by focusing on their abilities not just the limitations and help restore their strength to live as independently as possible by creating customized plans.
  • Team with therapy, nursing, fitness and direct care co-workers for increased oversight, safety, and assistance, while supporting the residents’ mind, body and spirit.
  • Be a personal cheerleader to rally residents in reaching their goals and supporting each milestone along the way.
