About The Position
Lakeview Village is searching for caring and dedicated Restorative Aides with a passion for nursing to join our excellent team of employees. Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that offers long-term care, assisted living, sub-acute rehabilitation, and home health services. Job Details: The primary role of a Restorative Nursing Aide is to be a member of the resident’s health care team and assists with personal care and training of residents as part of the restorative exercise regimen. Performs specific restorative procedures such as feeding, ambulation, exercise, observation, reports and documents in medical records when completed. Assists residents in self-care. Shifts Available: Monday-Friday & e/o Weekend - 1:00pm-9:00pm
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have current KS Certified Nurse Assistant Certification
- Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
- Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Restorative Nurse Assistant preferred.
Responsibilities
