As Lead Mitigation Technician , you’ll run the frontline team that turns panic into relief. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
  • Clear Background Check (No Felony Charges)
  • Minimum 1 year of Restoration Experience
  • Physical Capability to Lift up to 50-75 pounds
  • Comfortable Working in Varied Environments (e.g., Crawl Spaces, Attics)
  • Able to Stand, Walk, Sit for Extended Periods
  • Proficient in Handling Objects and Operating Equipment
  • Familiarity with Cleaning Products and Chemicals
  • Availability for 24/7 Emergency Response, Including On-Call Rotations
  • 1 + years hands-on restoration experience (water extraction, demo, structural drying, etc.)

Nice To Haves
