As Lead Mitigation Technician , you’ll run the frontline team that turns panic into relief. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
Clear Background Check (No Felony Charges)
Minimum 1 year of Restoration Experience
Physical Capability to Lift up to 50-75 pounds
Comfortable Working in Varied Environments (e.g., Crawl Spaces, Attics)
Able to Stand, Walk, Sit for Extended Periods
Proficient in Handling Objects and Operating Equipment
Familiarity with Cleaning Products and Chemicals
Availability for 24/7 Emergency Response, Including On-Call Rotations
1 + years hands-on restoration experience (water extraction, demo, structural drying, etc.)
Comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs and working in attics, crawl spaces, or the occasional Chicago winter basement
