Requirements

Demonstrated experience in cleaning/restoration, particularly with water and fire damage projects.
IICRC-certified (e.g., WRT, ASD, or other relevant certifications).
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
A commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively with your team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
Willingness to travel locally or out of state as necessary to respond to emergency needs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance).
Ability to work in varied environments, including climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and standing/walking for prolonged periods.
Comfort working with/around cleaning products and chemicals.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute restoration activities, including drying, demolition, and cleanup.
Follow work orders and crew chief instructions to ensure high-quality job completion.
Inventory, load, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
Prepare rooms and areas for work activities and ensure the job site is left clean and orderly.
Communicate openly with crew chiefs, technicians, and customers to ensure seamless job execution.
Represent True North Restoration with professionalism and integrity on every project.
