About The Position

Restoration Supervisor SERVPRO® Join a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your leadership, communication, and project management skills support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a motivated Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects, coach technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service and quality work.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents as needed

IICRC certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled while ensuring quality control
Manage the customer and client experience to maintain overall project satisfaction
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided
Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
Communicate progress, issues, and important updates with internal team members
Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned
Coach and train restoration technicians
Other duties as assigned
Maintain professional and clear communication with customers, teammates, and stakeholders
Support a positive customer experience by ensuring timely updates and accurate project delivery
