Requirements

6+ months of restoration experience.
IICRC WRT certified.
Excellent communicator and motivator.
Reliable and professional with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead the Charge: Mentor restoration technicians, set clear expectations, and maintain high standards on every project.
Be the Face of SERVPRO: Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Own the Details: Document job progress, manage labor, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Be a Problem-Solver: Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe.
Step Up in Emergencies: Participation in an on-call rotation, assisting with local and out-of-town storm recovery efforts is required.
Coach and Inspire: Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence.
