Restoration Supervisor: This is a full time position. This person must be a tactful, effective communicator, honest, able to work effectively in a team environment, willing to work long, odd hours and have excellent problem solving skills. Some of the jobs that we perform are drying out wet structures, smoke/fire clean up, sewage clean up, mold remediation and demolition. Serious applicants only please! SALARY: Competitive, based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.

Requirements

Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work odd /long hours and on weekends.
Must have a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a neat appearance.
Must have reliable transportation 24/7

Restoration: 2-3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Explain the process and answer customer questions, as needed.
Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
Manage and control costs of production projects.
Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
