Requirements

  • A proactive hunter mindset — you don’t wait for business, you go out and get it.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities— you love talking to people and turning connections into opportunities.
  • Organized multitasker who can juggle leads, follow-ups, and meetings with ease.
  • Resilient, persistent, and motivated by achieving goals and delivering solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - you’ll be out and about making deals happen

Responsibilities

  • Hit the ground running every day to find and create new business
  • Build lasting relationships with property managers, insurance pros, contractors, and anyone who can send business our way.
  • Be quick on your feet — respond fast to leads, follow up relentlessly, and never let an opportunity slip by.
  • Provide priority response to inbound calls for large loss or commercial leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients.
  • Engagement in one-to-one relationships and establishment of brand awareness and educate clients and partners on our services and why we’re the best in the restoration game.
  • Work closely with the operations team to make sure what you sell gets delivered flawlessly.
  • Crush your sales goals and celebrate big wins with the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM software.
