Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective teaming and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
  • Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers
  • Deadline and detail orientation as well as organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
  • Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software
  • A valid driver’s license and the required insurable driving record
