Your Role: As a Restoration Project Manager at RRT, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration project management
• Strong estimating skills with Xactimate proficiency
• Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) protocols , including Alacrity and Contractor Connection
• Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• IICRC Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Managing restoration projects involving water, mold, and fire damage from initial assessment to final closeout
• Scoping losses and preparing detailed estimates using Xactimate software
• Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and job site schedules
• Leading insurance communications and obtaining job approvals
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation is uploaded to internal systems
• Meeting project deadlines, budgets, and gross profit margin targets
