About The Position

What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do? improve your community by serving others in their time of need Continuously learn about construction, budgets, communication with customers and insurance adjusters Learn new things daily about construction and building homes RPM's work with customers and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. Requirements

  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 2 - 3 years construction experience or insurance restoration experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin
  • Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Build relationships with customers, insurance agents and insurance adjusters
  • Inspect sub-contractors work product at least twice weekly
