Position Overview The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) leads residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, and storm losses. You are responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to company standards. This is a leadership role requiring both field authority and financial discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–10 years experience in residential or commercial restoration/reconstruction
  • Proven leadership of subcontractors and field teams
  • Strong planning and organizational discipline
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance claim experience preferred
  • Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of restoration projects
  • Confirm scope, budget, and work orders prior to start
  • Control gross margin and monitor job profitability
  • Lead subcontractors and enforce quality standards
  • Communicate with homeowners and insurance partners
  • Track performance metrics during weekly GS&R meetings
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
  • Protect and elevate the Paul Davis brand
