Responsibilities

Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout the project.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including estimates, change orders, and progress updates.
Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
