Requirements

Someone who wants to learn and build a long-term career
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed

Responsibilities

Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish (water, fire, storm damage, etc.)
Coordinate crews, schedules, and resources to keep jobs moving
Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
Ensure job documentation, compliance, and timelines are met
Problem-solve in fast-paced, ever-changing situations
Deliver a high level of service during what can be a customer’s worst day
