About The Position

We’re a fast-growing restoration company looking for a killer estimator who knows how to write tight scopes, win supplements, and handle adjusters without babysitting. If you’ve worked in water/fire/mold restoration and know Xactimate inside and out, keep reading. 💰 Compensation (Performance-Based) $100 per standard estimate $150–$250 per complex loss 10% on approved supplements (big money here) Monthly bonuses for hitting revenue targets 🔥 What You’ll Actually Do Write accurate Xactimate estimates from photos, notes, and scopes Identify missed line items and write supplements that get approved Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters Manage files from first draft → approval Keep documentation clean and defensible ✅ YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF: You’ve written hundreds of Xactimate estimates You know how to beat carrier pushback professionally You understand drying, demo, and rebuild scopes You don’t need hand-holding or constant follow-up You care about getting the FULL claim approved 🚫 NOT A FIT IF: You’ve only “helped” with estimates You miss obvious line items or underbid jobs You avoid negotiating with adjusters You need constant direction or reminders You’re just looking for easy side work ⚙️ Requirements Xactimate proficiency (non-negotiable) Restoration experience (water/fire/mold) Strong communication + documentation skills Reliable turnaround (24–48 hours) 🧠 What Makes This Role Different You’re paid on performance, not just time You have the freedom to work remotely You’ll be part of a team that actually values proper scoping + supplements 👉 To Apply Reply with: Your experience with restoration estimating How many estimates you’ve written (roughly) Your experience with supplements (VERY important) A sample Xactimate estimate (if available) 💡 Final Note We’re not looking for average.
