Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Naturally relationship-driven and comfortable building rapport
• Strong communicator—both written and verbal
• Able to balance fieldwork, estimating, and relationship management
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership
• Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

• Estimating, insurance claims, contents restoration, or inventory experience
• Experience with Xactimate or similar tools is a plus
• Background working with insurance adjusters or in a client-facing role

Responsibilities

• Assess and document damaged contents after fire, water, or storm losses
• Create detailed inventories and accurate estimates for contents claims
• Determine salvageable vs. non-salvageable items
• Work closely with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
• Maintain organized documentation and job files
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners
• Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the contents process
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships
• Represent Paul Davis with professionalism and responsiveness
