The Restoration Operations Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for driving performance, consistency, and accountability across the Restoration Division. This role partners closely with the General Manager, Office Manager, Restoration Managers, senior leadership, and ownership to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. This role is about leading the operation—not running every job personally. Success comes from setting expectations, building strong leaders, and improving systems, not long-term firefighting.
