You’ll run the job: Own the site: setup, safety, equipment, documentation, and client updates. Lead techs on water, fire, mold, and hazard jobs across Nassau & Suffolk. Rotate on‑call for nights/weekends – real emergencies, real responsibility. Keep trucks tight, job sites spotless, and jobs moving on schedule. It’s fast, messy, sometimes gross, and definitely not 9–5. If that turns you off, you’ll hate this. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, you’ll love it here. Requirements
- Restoration, construction, or related trade experience. Lead experience a plus.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License; able to lift/carry equipment and work at a fast pace.
- Willing to join the on‑call rotation (nights/weekends).
- Highly responsive, hungry to rise above mediocrity, and able to empathize with people on their worst days.
