About The Position

Restoration Estimator $50,000- $75,000 per year! The Restoration Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and supplementals for reconstruction and emergency services, from 3D scans and scopes. What You’ll Do Professionally represent Paul Davis values of honesty and integrity. Meet all service standards required by clients, programs, and company processes. Estimate property losses using Xactimate or Symbility. Submit accurate estimates within 24 hours of assignment. Use our company tools for peer review and accuracy validation. Meet or exceed company-required gross profit margins for each project. Document and communicate change orders and insurance supplements promptly. Work closely with insureds and stakeholders to gain agreement and secure the job. Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, brokers, TPAs, and carriers. Participate in the on-call rotation as the first point of contact for homeowners. Follow all Health & Safety program expectations on every job site. Close the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours. Handle other assigned duties that support successful job outcomes. Requirements

Working knowledge of RMS, Xactimate, and related estimating platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and by phone.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Experience with virtual/remote scoping
Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and background record
1–3 years of experience in a professional or field-based role
Availability to work on-call and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Customer Service experience
