About The Position

We’re looking for a high‑energy, outgoing, emotionally sharp estimating professional who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and moves fast under pressure. As a Restoration Estimator, you’ll be one of the first experts on-site after fires, floods, storms, or property damage events. You’ll assess losses, scope repair plans, sign work, and guide property owners and adjusters through the early steps of reconstruction. Your accuracy, empathy, and communication help set the tone for the entire restoration experience. Restoration Estimator $50,000- $75,000 per year! Does This Sound Like You? Requirements

  • Working knowledge of RMS, Xactimate, and related estimating platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and by phone.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with virtual/remote scoping
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and background record.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional or field-based role.
  • Availability to work on-call and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent Paul Davis values of honesty and integrity.
  • Meet all service standards required by clients, programs, and company processes.
  • Estimate property losses using Xactimate, Symbility, and other approved platforms.
  • Submit accurate estimates within 24 hours of assignment.
  • Use PDO QA tools for peer review and accuracy validation.
  • Meet or exceed company-required gross profit margins for each project.
  • Document and communicate change orders and insurance supplements promptly.
  • Work closely with insureds and stakeholders to gain agreement and secure the job.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, brokers, TPAs, and carriers.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as the first point of contact for homeowners.
  • Follow all Health & Safety program expectations on every job site.
  • Achieve a minimum monthly average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70.
  • Close the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours.
  • Handle other assigned duties that support successful job outcomes.
