Requirements

  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Can lift up to 75 lbs. and stay on your feet most of the day.
  • Are 21 years or older and can pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and have a clean driving record
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
  • Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).​
  • Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.
  • Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.
  • Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.
