About Us PuroClean of South Chesapeake is a growing, family-owned restoration company serving the Hampton Roads community. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, mold, fire/smoke damage, sewage losses, and biohazard situations. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and grow with a company that values reliability, accountability, and doing the job right. No restoration experience is required. Training is provided for the right candidate. Compensation & Growth $20/hour starting (no experience required) Raises based on performance and IICRC certifications Paid training and certification opportunities (WRT, ASD, AMRT) Opportunity to advance into Senior Technician and Crew Lead roles with higher pay What You’ll Do Perform water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, and demolition Set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems Perform cleaning and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties Work in physically demanding environments including crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces Handle sewage and biohazard cleanup following proper safety procedures Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations Requirements Driving Valid driver’s license required Clean driving record (must qualify for company insurance) Reliable transportation Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift heavy equipment Comfortable working in tight or difficult spaces Willingness to perform hard, hands-on work PPE compliance required at all times What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual — no exceptions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Attention to detail Positive attitude and team mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Professional communication with customers and team Growth Opportunity This is a hands-on trade where you will learn real skills and take on increasing responsibility.
