Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a team to ensure a smooth business operation and manage day to day restaurant operations
  • Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
  • Working “hands on” in various FOH or BOH positions
  • Creating the schedule for your team
  • Ensuring the highest quality of guest service
  • Leading a team of talented individuals in providing an outstanding customer experience, and ensuring a smooth business operation
