We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Crestwood, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations while providing professional leadership to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or culinary training preferred
  • Proven experience in restaurant supervision or front-of-house management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
  • Food safety certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain the point of sale (POS) system
  • Monitor food presentation and service quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to optimize service efficiency
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage inventory and cash handling procedures
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
