Requirements

  • A passion for providing exceptional hospitality to both guests and team members
  • Experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant environments
  • Working knowledge of food & labor costs and operational expenses
  • Solid understanding of food & beverage, including wine
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated longevity and a proven track record with current or previous employers
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude toward guests and teammates
  • A strong, friendly leadership style with an emphasis on teamwork and communication — we value friendliness as our #1 core quality
  • The ability to handle time-sensitive situations with poise while adapting to last-minute changes
  • A strong sense of integrity — doing the right thing even when no one is watching
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Floor Manager in a full-service, upscale restaurant
  • The ability to inspire team members to deliver genuine hospitality and impeccable service
  • A leadership style that promotes trust, respect, and teamwork
  • Understanding of budgeting, inventory, and basic P&L concepts
  • Knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits
  • Long tenure with previous employers (minimum of 2 years per role preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • A flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)
  • The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Enthusiasm and alignment with the brand

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and managing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Acting as the “Mayor of the Village,” fostering a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests and staff
  • Leading by example on the floor by assisting guests, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional service
  • Setting the tone for engagement, positivity, fun, and focus for the Front of House team
  • Assisting with FOH hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, recognition, and safety practices
  • Supporting management with labor control, inventory, and controllable costs
  • Collaborating with other departments to support events, meetings, and operational initiatives
  • Participating in manager meetings and contributing to overall restaurant success
