We are seeking a hospitality go-getter with a keen eye for detail. This individual leads by example and maintains a high standard of service and cleanliness. A Restaurant & Bars Supervisor is capable of monitoring inventory and ordering supplies while concurrently assisting with managerial duties such as scheduling and assigning tasks to other team members.
Requirements
- Guest-first mentality
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a restaurant leader highly preferred
- Prior team leadership highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all assigned outlets run smoothly and effectively through proper management and team oversight
- Oversee team members, providing thoughtful guidance and partnership
- Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines
- Closely monitor inventory
