About The Position

Join the hotel team with General Hotels Corporation as a Restaurant Supervisor for the Crowne Plaza Union Station and be a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences! As a Restaurant Supervisor you will support the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, team performance and operation efficiency.

Requirements

Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality leadership strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and restaurant operations.
Passion for guest service and team development.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
Perform operational duties across all areas of the restaurant as needed.
Monitor service standards, guest dining times, and seating capacity throughout each shift to maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless and elevated dining experiences.
Lead and support staff by mentoring, coaching, and fostering a guest-first culture.
Schedule associates effectively using staffing guides, adjusting as needed to meet business demands.
Manage operational compliance and execution of restaurant procedures to maintain service excellence.
Handle leadership responsibilities including financial oversight, payroll, and daily reporting.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Support departmental goals and contribute to overall business success.
