About The Position
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for The Beach Blvd. Steamer Restaurant 'one of Gulfport’s most popular restaurants!' Open Thursday – Sunday 5pm – 10pm The Restaurant Supervisor leads and supports the front-of-house restaurant staff in providing guests with the delivery of a truly unique environment and dining experience, oversees the daily operation of the outlet to ensure all quality and safety standards and procedures are being met, monitors and adjusts staffing based on business needs, maintains work schedules and time keeping records for assigned staff, directs, trains, and monitors performance of staff to maintain effective employee relationships, ensures that assigned team adheres to company policies and safety practices, provides guidance, resolution support, feedback, and coaching when necessary, and ensures that assigned teams have information and resources necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities.
Requirements
- Three years of guest service experience including prior supervisory experience is highly preferred
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
