About The Position

Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team. This 374-room property features multiple dining venues, including seaside seafood, casual grab-and-go options, and vibrant rooftop lounges. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and other leaders to oversee operations and guide a team of 70 associates across our diverse outlets. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has restaurant/hotel experience, and has a spirit to serve.

Responsibilities

Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
