Located in the heart of Denver , The Source Hotel is seeking our next great team member to join our Food & Beverage team as a Restaurant Supervisor at Cimera . As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist the Restaurant Manager and work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure service standards are consistently met. You will supervise restaurant, bar, and room service operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while remaining attentive to guest needs and service cues. Requirements

• Able to maintain order and control in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the safety of both employees and guests.
• Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and basic employment policies.
• Take pride in maintaining cleanliness and proper setup throughout the restaurant—checking service stations, tables, and overall presentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills help the operation run smoothly.
• Value flexibility and are comfortable working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Supervise restaurant, bar, and room service operations during your shift
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences while remaining attentive to guest needs and service cues.
