What You Will Do: Lead and support restaurant team members to deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service across all meal periods. Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed to maintain smooth daily operations. Serve as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring alignment and guest satisfaction. Provide real-time feedback, training, and recognition to support associate growth and performance. Step in as needed to assist with service during peak times, helping bussers and servers deliver a seamless guest experience. What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of server experience—ensures a deep understanding of service standards and team workflows. ServSafe and TIPS certified (or willing to certify by start date)—critical for ensuring food safety and responsible alcohol service. Flexible schedule availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays—to meet the needs of a dynamic operation. Strong communication and leadership skills—essential for coaching team members and resolving guest issues quickly.
