About The Position

We are looking for a culinary superstar to join our kitchen leadership team! If you are looking to grow as a chef, enjoy coaching and developing a team, and love to get creative with menus and specials, we would like to talk with you about our open Sous Chef position. This is an Overtime Eligible Manager position.

Requirements

  • A self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • The ability to communicate in English.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • The ability to plan and develop menus and recipes.
  • The ability to apply basic supervisory skills to plan, organize, direct, coach, train and discipline, as necessary.
  • A passion for food and great guest service!

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of both the restaurant menu and line cooks
  • Supervise PM kitchen staff
  • Assist in managing the kitchen and kitchen staff, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards
  • Assist with purchasing and food cost.
