About The Position

Army Navy Country Club is a prestigious private, member-owned institution with a history dating back to 1924. Spanning 488 acres across two campuses located in Arlington and Fairfax, Virginia. As a server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest's needs are met with attention to detail and care. Your commitment to excellence in service, along with your positive attitude and professionalism, will help ensure that every dining experience is memorable. Job Summary: Ensure that members have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service in a timely and efficient manner. Servers work in front of the business taking orders, serving food and making drinks, while maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements

• At least High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Lift a minimum of 20lbs
• General availability: Monday-Saturday 7am-9pm, Sunday 7am-7pm

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service
• Take orders from cashier station
• Deliver food to members and guests
• Prepare soft beverages and smoothies per order
• Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations
• Ensure proper set up and cleanup of stations
