Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
- Friendly, professional attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, fine-dining level service to residents and guests
- Greet residents and guests, present menus, and describe menu items and daily specials
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident and guest needs
- Set, clear, and maintain tables to ensure a clean and organized dining environment
- Assist with dining room setup for daily service and special events
- Support catering and special event service, including room setup and coordination with kitchen staff
- Operate POS and reservation systems for dining and events
- Communicate orders, allergies, and special requests clearly to team members
- Participate in opening and closing procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Follow all sanitation, food safety, and infection control guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
